Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to hematology, microbiology, and clinical chemistry.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine calibrations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information.
- Uphold safety protocols and quality assurance measures in all laboratory procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Relevant licensure and certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
- Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
