• Since its inception & up-to-date , Mr. Rashid Al Nafisi has served as the Chairman of Al Mazaya Holding Company . Also , he is the Vice Chairman of Med Cell Co.
• He previously served as General Manager of Al Nafisi United Group & Director of Real Estate Loans Administration at the Kuwait Real Estate Bank.
• He has been a Board Member of several organizations, including Kuwait Business Town Real Estate Company, Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait Asia Bank, and Kuwait Airways Corporation.
• He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at the National Investments Company. He is currently a Board Member of Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Company and Majan Development Company, and has vast experience in real estate development and contracting & managing his own private business ventures.
• Holds master’s & bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Science & Technology in Jordan (JUST) and executive diploma from Harvard Business School and INSEAD Executive Education Certificate.
• With over 35 years of experience , she has led major projects in engineering , investment , and real estate development in Kuwait, Dubai, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & KSA.
• Worked as the executive of operation in Mazaya Holding Co for 21 years .
• Previously worked as a General Manager of Al Masaken Real Estate Co. a subsidiary of Acico group listed in Kuwait Stock Market for 10 years .
• Worked as head of tendering and business development in Ghassan Al Khaled Contracting Co.
• Expert in business plan structuring , feasibility studies , establishment of new companies , and operating multi sector projects.
• Served previously as COO of Mazaya Holding Co. & multiple board positions as vice chairman of Mazaya Real Estate Co. & Vice Chairman of First Dubai Co , and currently CEO of Med Cell Co.
• He holds an MSc in Financial Decision Analysis from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the American University in Dubai.
• Mr. Abdullah Al Nafisi is the Group Deputy CEO at Al Mazaya Holding and a Board Member of MedCell Medical Company.
